Prices

All prices are per person in £sterling and include return transfers, accommodation and board as described in the brochure, all local taxes. The flight cost is per person, inclusive of return flights and airport taxes, and is subject to availability. Insurance and Lift Passes can be booked when you make your holiday booking. If requested on your booking form lift passes and insurance will be added to your final holiday confirmation / invoice.

How to book
Once you have decided on your holiday, please contact our office on 08444 124 820 (or by email booking@alpinetracks.com) to establish the availability. All being well, a provisional booking will be made. This will be held for 4 working days allowing you time to fill in the booking form, sending it with a deposit of £70 and the relevant insurance premium per person to our office. The balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks in advance of your holiday departure date. Alternatively you can book online.

Flights
Flights are on Sunday using scheduled Swiss Air, British Airways and Easy Jet services from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Jersey, Dublin and Edinburgh to Geneva. Please contact our office to discuss your requirements.

Discounts
1. Group Discounts: Whole chalet bookings save upto 30% per person.
2. Book by 30 September and save upto £100 per person.

Our office is open from 08.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am through to 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday.

Terms and Conditions

Alpine Tracks is the trading name of Merebeech Limited. No contract exists between Alpine Tracks and the client until Alpine Tracks has received the completed signed booking form and appropriate deposit. Your holiday will be based on two holiday contracts.Alpine Tracks are holders of CAA ATOL 10136. When a flight booking has been accepted by us, we shall issue you an ATOL receipt. Deposit and payment terms and conditions for your flight will be shown on this invoice. You initial deposit of £70 relates to the ground arrangements. Once your holiday is booked the holiday price (including ski packs) is guaranteed against any change. There will be no surcharges.
When you travel on an airline, the conditions of that airline will apply. Clients are responsible for arriving at the outbound airport with sufficient time to complete all formalities required. Entry to certain countries by clients that do not hold an UK/EEC passport may require a visa. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have complied with all the necessary visa regulations.

Alpine Tracks cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or costs associated with adverse weather conditions. It is a condition of booking that all clients hold a valid medical insurance policy.
Guiding is provided as a free service to our clients and does not form part of your holiday contract and/or holiday cost. Alpine Tracks reserves the right to restrict the size of any guiding group. Should this service not be available at anytime we cannot be held responsible. All clients ski/board at their own risk; Alpine Tracks cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries however caused.
Chalet holiday prices include the following meals - 7 x breakfast, 7 x afternoon tea and 6 x evening meal.

European Motoring Breakdown Assistance
We are happy to recommend Gold Cover Insurance Services as our preferred supplier of Travel Insurance. The Gold Cover brand has been providing quality travel insurance for over 30 years. They have a range of traditional single trip and annual multi-trip policies to suit most needs and can also provide cover for coach, motorcycling and activity holidays. Many pre-existing medical conditions can be covered, including some conditions that most other insurers will refuse. If you are taking your vehicle on holiday they can also provide European Motoring Breakdown Assistance with roadside assistance and other cover to stop your holiday being ruined.
